Barre uses low impact, isometric movements that are designed to produce results. You will use the ballet barre and other light equipment as you move through the class focusing on different areas of your body. Your muscles will shake and you will feel the burn but you'll get stronger with each class! Barre is truly for everyone. In one particular class we had three generations: a grandmother, a mother and a grand daughter in high school. Each move can be modified in order to fit the needs of the client. Barre Unlimited's owner, Allie McGuffey (left in picture) is a Fort Wayne native who is also a Purdue graduate. After moving back to Fort Wayne from Arizona she opened the city's newest fitness studio this past September.
