Peak Performance Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy, P.C. is a private and locally owned physical therapy practice serving patients throughout northeastern Indiana, with clinics located in both Columbia City and Warsaw. We provide out-patient orthopedic physical therapy, post-operative rehabilitation and sports medicine.
